Beta-Alanine is a natural non-essential amino acid that increases carnosine in muscles and enhances endurance during exercise.
When muscle carnosine levels increase, the acidity that builds up during intense bouts of exercise is reduced. Beta-Alanine serves as a precursor to carnosine, which enhances muscle endurance and delays fatigue.
