EKO nasiona na kiełki Żyto is rye seed, a product of organic farming, for growing sprouts at home. Rye sprouts contain concentrated amounts of vitamins, minerals, proteins, enzymes and many other valuable substances. Sprouted rye, thanks to its composition, has a positive effect on the whole body: it improves the work of the digestive, cardiovascular, nervous system, strengthens the immune system. At home, the sprouts are prepared as follows: The seeds are washed, placed in a container and filled with water so that it covers the seeds by 1.5-2 centimeters. Leave the container at room temperature for 12 hours (but change the water every 2 hours), then rinse thoroughly and place the beans in the container without water, and cover with damp cheesecloth folded several times. After 8 hours, the first sprouts should appear, when they reach a size of a centimeter, rinse them well, put them in a dry container, close tightly and store in the refrigerator.

Recommendations for use: At home, sprouts are prepared as follows: Take a flat plate, cover it with gauze or other water-absorbing material. Seeds are sprinkled on gauze in one layer and poured with water, preferably boiled and lukewarm. Add water so that the gauze is always wet. Place the seeds in a warm and preferably dark place. Depending on the plant species, sprouts appear after 2-4 days. For coarse seeds, e.g. peas, soybeans, chickpeas, etc., or seeds with shells, e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, sprouts, cut before consumption, and fine seeds are used whole.
