For centuries, the berries of the black elderberry (Sambucus nigra L.) have been traditionally used as a winter remedy. Sambucus is prepared from a unique cultivar of black elder with a high content of natural flavonoids. Broad-spectrum black elderberry extract standardized to anthocyanins, which are powerful bioactive flavonoids. Prepared by a gentle solvent-free extraction method that ensures maximum biological activity of flavonoids. Our black elderberry extract has been tested for bioavailability and activity in the body.
