Natures Aid Saw Palmetto tablets are a herbal remedy extracted from the fruits of a palm-like plant, which are rich in fatty acids and phytosterols. Saw palmetto is traditionally used to improve symptoms caused by hyperplasia, i.e. prostate enlargement. Saw palmetto extract reduces levels of dihydrotestosterone, which causes inflammation and allows prostate diseases to develop. Each tablet contains 500mg of saw palmetto to support the health of the stronger sex. Instructions for use :
Take 1-3 tablets daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a healthy diet.

Fatty acids - 22.5mg
