Dary Natury's Blue Poppy product is 100% seeds of the Meconopsis betonicifolia plant, also known as the Himalayan poppy. The seeds of the blue poppy are a rich source of B vitamins, folic acid, E, C and D. The poppy is a storehouse for micro- and macroelements, such as potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron. The blue poppy is an excellent food and medicinal plant. Only the seeds are consumed. They contain up to 55% fat, up to 20% protein and up to 20% carbohydrates. In its composition, the seeds also have a lot of dietary fiber, thanks to which they have a beneficial effect on the digestive system. The blue poppy is an excellent food and medicinal plant. The seeds have a positive effect on the absorption of food. They are widely used in cooking. Buns, bagels, pies, biscuits, crackers and other baked goods are sprinkled with poppy seeds, halva and various confectionery are prepared.
