SLEEP-ER contains magnesium, which helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, and vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and the proper functioning of the nervous system. The zinc contained in the product helps maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood. SLEEP-ER is recommended for extremely active athletes and those who suffer from severe physical or mental fatigue, who do not fully regenerate during sleep.

Dissolve a single serving of the product – 9 g (1.5 measures) in 150-200 ml of water. Take 1 serving daily, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime.
