Vitamin K2 120 mcg & D3 1000 IU by Natural Factors contains K2 in the form of menaquinone-7 (MK-7), obtained from the fermentation of soybeans from which the traditional Japanese food natto is prepared, and D3 (cholecalciferol). D3 (cholecalciferol) is the natural, safe and bioactive form of vitamin D. Combining vitamin D3 and K2 helps to absorb them better than when taken individually.
