Dary Natury Tree of Life seeds are a product of organic farming and have many qualities that support human health. The Tree of Life (also called the chastity tree and known by its Latin name Vitex agnus-castus) is a woody shrub from the Verbenaceae family. It grows in subtropical climates and can reach 4 meters in height. It blooms with beautiful purple, lavender-like inflorescences. It is most often used to relieve symptoms of menopause and premenstrual syndrome. It contributes to maintaining well-being and cognitive functions. The seeds have an intense flavor and can be used as an ingredient in herbal tea or as a spice that sharpens perceptions.

One teaspoon of seeds is poured with a cup of boiling water and left covered for about 10-15 minutes. Drink 1-2 times a day.

What do the seeds from the tree of life contain and how do they work?

They are rich in organic acids (formic, acetic, propionic, butyric, valeric, caproic), alkaloids, tannins, flavonoids and vitamin C. The tree of life has a mild effect on substances with hormone-like activity. The seeds do not contain hormones, but they affect hormonal balance by stimulating the pituitary gland and increasing the production of luteinizing hormone. This leads to the establishment of a balance of estrogen and progesterone, as well as a decrease in prolactin levels. It is the action of prolactin that causes the appearance of not only premenstrual mastodynia, but also fibrocystic mastopathy. Products created on the basis of Vitex agnus-castus are taken to normalize the functioning of the reproductive system, including as a preparation of the body for conception. The plant component protects dopaminergic neurons and modulates the activity of dopamine receptors.
